Returns & Exchanges

At AKIRA, we want you to love your look, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that items marked as Final Sale, bodysuits, and intimates are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old shipping labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy; once received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
